Key Stage 1 Teacher – Part Time (3 Days Per Week) Location: Wigan Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Part Time A supportive and community-focused primary school in Wigan is seeking a part-time KS1 Teacher to work as part of a job-share arrangement. The Role Will Include: Delivering high-quality lessons across a KS1 class Sharing planning responsibilities with the class teacher Assessing and tracking pupil progress Supporting phonics delivery and early reading development Creating a positive and structured classroom environment Maintaining effective communication with parents and staff The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold QTS and have experience within KS1 Have strong knowledge of phonics schemes such as Little Wandle or Read Write Inc Be highly organised and able to work collaboratively Have a positive and engaging teaching style Be committed to supporting all pupils to reach their full potential This is a fantastic opportunity for work-life balance within a supportive school setting.
