The Role Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN Assist with learning, communication and social development Support positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing Work closely with teachers and SENCOs Adapt activities to meet individual learning needs Encourage pupils to become more confident and independent About You We’re looking for someone who is patient, resilient and passionate about supporting children .
Previous experience working with SEN is highly desirable, particularly experience with autism, ADHD, SEMH or communication needs.
