SEN Support Worker – Secondary SEN Schools | Aylesbury Aylesbury | Full-Time | ⏰ 5 Days a Week | Long-Term & Permanent Opportunities Are you an experienced Support Worker, Care Worker or SEN professional looking to take your experience into a secondary school environment? We are recruiting caring, resilient and committed SEN Support Workers to work across specialist secondary schools in Aylesbury , supporting young people with a range of additional needs.

We’re looking for: Previous SEN experience OR support work/care experience Comfortable and confident supporting with personal care Available 5 days a week A patient, calm and nurturing approach Someone looking for a long-term or permanent position Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with young people The role: Providing 1:1 and small-group support Supporting students with learning, communication and development Helping young people manage emotional and behavioural needs Supporting with personal care and daily routines Promoting independence, confidence and life skills Working closely with teachers and the wider SEN team ⭐ Why join?
