Global Consolidation Reporting Manager Location: Culver City, CA Assignment: W-2 contract, budgeted through March 31, 2027 Pay Rate: $88–$91/hour Company Overview Our client is a global entertainment and media company responsible for the production, acquisition, and distribution of film and television content across worldwide markets. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Global Consolidation Reporting Manager to support a global financial reporting team.
This role will be heavily involved in monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation activities, while also supporting IFRS initiatives, financial systems projects, and global reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities Support monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial close and reporting. Prepare consolidated financial and supplemental schedules, disclosure schedules, and management reporting packages.
Partner with divisional finance teams to ensure timely, accurate, and complete reporting. Prepare financial reporting submissions to the company’s global parent organization. Coordinate with global stakeholders regarding financial results and reporting inquiries. Support internal and external audit and compliance documentation requests. Assist with maintenance of the chart of accounts and profit center/segment reporting hierarchies.
Support IFRS 18 implementation , including reporting updates, reconciliations, and hierarchy changes. Perform S/4 HANA data analysis and reconciliation in partnership with Finance and IT teams. Support and maintain SAP, BW, and consolidation reporting systems. Assist with ad hoc financial reporting projects and initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
Public accounting experience. Experience with financial reporting, consolidations, and financial close processes. Working knowledge of SAP, BW, and S/4 HANA . Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs/lookups, and charts. Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight reporting deadlines. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications CPA or equivalent certification. Entertainment or media industry experience. IFRS reporting or implementation exposure. Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments. Please submit your resume in Word or PDF format to be considered.
