The Role Support 2‑year‑olds in a nurturing, play‑based environment Deliver early‑years activities (communication, sensory play, early maths/phonics foundations) Help with personal care and daily routines Build positive relationships with children and families Work closely with EYFS staff to shape a brand‑new provision Requirements Level 3 TA / Early Years qualification Experience in a primary school (essential) Calm, caring and confident with early‑years routines Strong communication and teamwork Paediatric first aid qualified Why This School?
