A welcoming school now seeks a committed Teaching Assistant for a full‑time role, Monday to Friday. You support the class teacher, guide pupils through daily tasks and help maintain a calm, structured learning environment. Moreover, you bring strong SEND experience and ideally hold a recognised TA qualification. As a result, you provide confident support for pupils who need additional guidance. Furthermore, you use clear routines and positive communication to help learners stay focused, regulated and ready to progress.
In addition, you adapt activities when needed and encourage independence throughout the school day. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
