Position Summary/Purpose: The MPD Field Supervisor I is responsible for supervising Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) field operations and leading a team of MPD Field Operators to ensure the safe, efficient, and successful execution of drilling projects. This role oversees equipment installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting while serving as the primary on-site representative for Beyond Energy.

The MPD Field Supervisor I ensures compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards while supporting the development of field personnel. Key Responsibilities & Duties   Supervise daily MPD field operations and lead assigned field personnel. Coordinate rig-up, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and rig-down of MPD equipment.

Ensure operational procedures and drilling parameters are followed throughout project execution. Act as the primary point of contact for customer representatives during field operations. Conduct pre-job meetings, daily safety meetings, and operational briefings. Coordinate equipment mobilization and demobilization activities. Monitor equipment performance and initiate corrective actions when required.

Complete field reports, timesheets, maintenance documentation, and post-job reports. Train, mentor, and evaluate MPD Field Operators. Promote compliance with company HSEQ policies and customer requirements. Assist with job planning and operational readiness activities. Report operational issues and performance updates to the Operations Manager.   Qualifications (Experience, Education, and certifications) Required Minimum 5 years of oilfield experience.

Minimum 3 years of Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) experience. Previous experience leading field crews. High School Diploma or GED. Valid Driver's License. Strong communication and leadership skills. Preferred Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
