Training takes 3-6 months, and the hybrid schedule includes 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office. SALARY Negotiable based on experience. REPORTS TO Customer Service Manager POSITION SUMMARY Coordinate all workflow from estimates to finished product and related functions, all with commitment to the Great Northern Appleton Value Proposition RESPONSIBILITIES Provide communication links between the customer, design, production, sales, and outside vendors.
Manage all aspects of customer orders; including, but not limited to estimating, quoting, purchasing, order entry, building relationships, invoicing, managing inventory levels, and job costing This position does provide coverage for the Receptionist when on vacation or work breaks. Other duties, as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university, or two to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
