Additionally, this role supports onboarding, offboarding, and administrative tasks to support the department and staff experience. Assists with the onboarding and offboarding process, in collaboration with HR leadership. May assist with the extension of employment offers. May assist with development and maintenance of job descriptions. Serves as a primary HR point of contact for onboarding employees, assisting with issue resolution and connection with other contacts.
Maintains engagement with newly hired employees throughout the onboarding period. Assists with offboarding process and serves as primary HR point of contact for departing employees. Acts as resource for employees inquiring with general Human Resources-related topics. Assists Provider Recruitment Manager with Form I-9 and E-Verify compliance. Assists the department with assigned projects, as assigned.
Conduct annual Motor Vehicle Record background check reports for company vehicle drivers and additional employees who drive for business purpose. Conduct monthly audit for expiring documents coming due for staff, notifying them per procedure in place. Serves as primary resource for Main phone line and front door control for Corporate Business Office. Takes inventory of department supply needs and places orders, as needed.
Manages the Travel Reduction Program, in compliance with company and Maricopa County requirements. Completes ongoing employee engagement and recognition programs. Other duties as assigned. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required Experience: 1+ year Human Resources experience required 1+ year Recruitment experience preferred Experience working with a HCM/HRIS system preferred Experience working in healthcare industry preferred
