Your job is the layer above that. Setting the strategy, owning the budget and the number, and building the systems and processes that turn everything we do in EMEA into pipeline we can actually measure. You'll also be the bridge between the global marketing teams and what's really happening in our markets. It's a good fit if you like building things, enjoy developing a team, and are happy to roll your sleeves up when it's needed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Setting EMEA growth strategy and owning the KPIs behind it, from awareness through to pipeline — and giving the team clear priorities to work to. Leading and developing two marketers: clear goals, regular check-ins, proper career conversations. Owning the EMEA digital media budget and forecast, signing off channel plans and keeping us honest on ROI across AEO/GEO, SEM, paid social, display, and more.

Owning the growth infrastructure — working alongside MOPS, you’ll influence how leads get captured, enriched, routed, followed up and measured. Spotting what's broken and fixing it. Owning the reporting — funnel insight, attribution, channel performance — and turning these honest metrics into numbers the business can actually plan against. Owning agency, vendor and partner relationships commercially, with the day-to-day sitting with your team.

You can hold your own with global stakeholders and regional teams alike.
