We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher to support product and experience research across a portfolio of large scale consumer products. This role is ideal for an experienced researcher with a strong quantitative foundation who can lead complex survey research, apply mixed methods when appropriate, and translate research findings into clear recommendations for product teams and senior leadership.
The researcher will work within a collaborative research organization, partnering closely with Product, Design, Content, Data Science, and other cross functional stakeholders to identify user needs, evaluate concepts and experiences, and influence product direction. What You’ll Do • Plan and execute end to end UX research using quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods • Design, field, and analyze large scale and complex consumer surveys • Develop research plans, survey instruments, discussion guides, and study materials • Conduct interviews, usability testing, diary studies, concept testing, and other research as appropriate • Analyze and synthesize findings into actionable insights, frameworks, and recommendations • Present research findings through clear, concise reports, readouts, and workshops • Partner closely with Product, Design, Content, Data Science, and other stakeholders • Influence product direction through research and strong stakeholder relationships • Support rapid research cycles that inform iterative product development • Utilize AI tools throughout the research workflow • Navigate ambiguous research questions, data quality challenges, and evolving business priorities Required Qualifications • 5+ years of UX research or human centered research experience, with senior level experience strongly preferred • Strong quantitative research expertise, particularly designing, fielding, and analyzing large or complex surveys • Strong understanding of core UX research methods and the ability to select the appropriate methodology for the research question • Demonstrated ability to translate research findings into actionable product and design recommendations • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills • Experience presenting research and recommendations to leadership • Prior Meta experience • Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Preferred Qualifications • Mixed methods research experience with strong qualitative depth • Experience building or managing research trackers • Vendor or research supplier management experience • Experience providing performance feedback to external research partners • Familiarity with AI powered research tools and AI enabled products • Consumer product or messaging research experience, including WhatsApp • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities • Curious, collaborative, and receptive to feedback This role requires more than strong qualitative research skills.
