Role ID –C005015 Role Background The Electromagnetic Operations (EMO) Training Specialist will support the development and coordination of NATO Education & Training activities within the Electromagnetic Operations (EMO) domain. The role focuses on integrating the new EMO Strategic Training Plan (STP) , developing training requirements, conducting Training Requirements Analysis (TRA) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA), coordinating the EMO Community of Interest, organizing workshops, and supporting reporting to HQ SACT.
