Job Title: Analyst, Business Analyst Department: Product Delivery About the Role : The Analyst, Business Analytics will be responsible for building data and analytic-driven solutions to support Unite Us customers, including healthcare payers and providers, government entities, and more. You have experience analyzing data to pull out insights, tell a story, and drive action. You will apply analytical rigor, critical thinking, and creativity to solve complex issues while working with multidisciplinary teams and customers.
The Analyst will work to build expertise with the Unite Us data model in order to facilitate accurate and timely delivery of scheduled and ad hoc reports. They are a knowledgeable and trusted resource in supporting both Unite Us customers and internal teams. What You'll Do : Generate ad hoc analytics and standard reports, effectively leveraging and/or customizing our established data narratives to identify actionable insights for our customers Utilize visualizations to create slide decks to communicate analysis and actionable insights to customers of all levels and support presentation to internal stakeholders Leverage basic SQL queries to extract data from large relational datasets and Excel to prepare supplemental analyses/visualizations where requested data is unavailable in established reporting templates or products Collaborate with product management and data engineering teams to provide user acceptance testing and insight into development of new/updated analytics dashboard and DaaS products Actively participate in ongoing learning and development initiatives to build departmental strength in technical abilities and data story-telling skills Provide support to other members of the team through collaborative problem-solving and peer review of assigned deliverables You’re a great fit for this role if : At least 1 year in a full-time role in healthcare-related analytics, reporting, software, and/or consulting Ability to use a wide variety of data assets to solve complex problems Excellent data visualization skills Experience using SQL, R, or another coding language required Familiarity with utilizing AI agents to improve efficiency in data analysis, visualizations, or operational tasks preferred Familiarity using data visualization software preferred Experience developing and presenting analyses and reports, with the ability to create slide decks and effectively communicate results of analyses to varying audiences At least a four-year college degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field Our Mission: Unite Us’ mission is to unlock the potential of every community.

This salary range represents our target hiring range for this role.
