About the job Job purpose As a Workplace Architecture Expert - Collaboration Services & Workplace AI, your main objective is to provide architecture vision, governance, and problem-solving for IT on a transversal architectural level, ensuring the proper implementation of the IT Strategy and the adoption of new technologies and market solutions in line with business priorities, all while supporting the organization to become a Tech-Led Company Main missions Vision and Strategy: Supporting & contributing to the definition and management of the company Technology vision, strategies and plans with focus on domains related to his role.

Contribute to Technology/Architecture CTO Community and Technology Governance of the Group: To cover global and local dimensions, which includes ensuring design and solution choices made in the entities are conform to Group Strategy in order to secure Group interests over the long-term (Architecture boards…). To share technological visions, opportunities, and risks company-wide, and in particular interacts with senior business and IT executives.

Understanding entities context & group standards & instructions. Products Operational context & implementations designs (any constraints to be aware of…). Understand, define, build and maintain architecture & design patterns, jointly with Product engineering teams aiming to minimize technical complexity and leverage convergence opportunities: Architectures landscape. Architecture Model & Maturity.

Architecture evolution, product design blueprints, target design analysis & options, recommendations. Architecture up-to-date HLDs of validated targets. Transfer of knowledge & Supporting LLD delivery with Product teams (implementation teams). Architecture governance preparation, animation & presentation activities supporting different products & projets. In addition to support to multiple Workplace topics & projects that requires design activities.

Usage of AI assistance for architecture topics, be familiar with the concept of architecture as code. Market Watch: Participate to forums of leading companies (cross-industries) and vendors in order to use and/or influence technology evolutions. In particular, study industry trends and technologies in close collaboration with Group Data & Technology Innovation. Manage evaluation, development, and deployment of relevant technologies (technology lifecycle & roadmaps).

Provide support to all Group IT supporting functions, in particular for Procurement and Finance for large negotiations or assets. Workplace Collaboration & AI Focus: Considering the current context of Workplace Collaboration services, which mostly rely on the M365 stack of products, taking part in the on-boarding discussions of new entities and product evolutions conversations Contributing to defining the Workplace AI strategy and solutions from collaboration support to agent development capabilities Expected skills & experience Experience 5+ years in Solution Architecture with advanced technical expertise.

In-depth experience in large-scale solutions architecture design and implementation for Workplace and AI projects. Proven experience working in complex IT environments and international transformation initiatives. Experience in architecture evolution, planning, and financial considerations. Technical skills Expert knowledge of Microsoft M365 and Copilot products. Strong knowledge of messaging, collaboration services, and meeting room integration.

Robust understanding of security & compliance for workplace collaboration (DLP, authentication, authorization). Strong knowledge of Workplace AI, including GenAI and Agentic AI architecture principles, with integration experience. General knowledge of modern workplace eco
