Cvent's CRM Systems team is hiring a Business Analyst to own the full requirements lifecycle for our Salesforce CRM platform, from intake and discovery through requirements documentation, solution validation, testing, and delivery.
This role sits at the center of a fast moving, matrixed organization, partnering directly with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, testable requirements, and working side by side with our Development team to validate solutions before they are built. The ideal candidate brings a structured, standards driven approach to how CRM requirements are gathered, documented, tested, and delivered, and is comfortable operating in a high growth SaaS environment undergoing significant platform investment.
This includes exposure to large scale CRM transformation initiatives, AI enabled documentation and delivery tooling, and cross system data architecture spanning Salesforce, integration platforms, and data governance. This is an opportunity to help shape how a CRM Systems team operates as it scales.
