Position Overview As a General Technician , you will expertly execute mechanical assembly, disassembly, and precision fastening of large-scale components using specialized tools. Ensure meticulous compliance with project specifications by expertly fitting, bolting, and connecting equipment, while also maintaining high standards in preparing surfaces for flawless paint application. Schedule: Monday through Thursday 4:30 AM - 3:00 PM Pay: $24.26 Per Hour Responsibilities Prepares weld area appropriately to result in good weld penetration and meets structural integrity criteria Collaborates with peers to accomplish projects or tasks Develops and maintains relationships with peers and customers Participates in group discussions and meetings Perform checks on product and process Assure material integrity by routine inspection by following established procedures and quality processes and specifications Assure piece and work output meets specifications Sort and separate defective materials and parts Assembles/disassemble and fasten / unfasten parts larger than hand using tools; fit, bolt, weld, cut or otherwise connect components and equipment according to specifications Assemble / disassemble small parts not requiring precision alignment or small tolerances Assemble / disassemble small parts requiring precision alignment and small tolerances Performs any other assigned task Minimum Requirements No minimum qualifications Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
