Overview The primary objective of this role is to collect and consolidate information from multiple data flows and systems related to waste generation, with a particular focus on obsoletes. The purpose is to centralize and standardize data, improve the efficiency of current processes, and provide more reliable and timely information. This will enable the team to dedicate more time to analysis and decision-making, while reducing the manual effort required for data management and validation.

The scope of the role covers all categories within Iberia. Responsibilities The role is primarily accountable for executing and supporting the following activities. Decision ownership remains with the PO1 Waste Lead. Maintain and update the obsoletes/waste master trackers, ensuring that information is complete and current. Collect data from Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and other stakeholders and consolidate it into the agreed reporting formats.

Prepare recurring monthly reports and supporting files, including root-cause and action-plan information provided by stakeholders. Track action plans, deadlines and owners; send reminders and highlight overdue or missing actions to the responsible lead. Prepare agendas, presentations, meeting packs, minutes and action logs for waste/obsoletes routines. Support Finance pre-closing activities by preparing information, checking completeness and following the established Blue Book rules.

Perform basic data analysis to identify variances, trends, missing information and potential risks for review by the lead. Maintain documentation, templates, process materials and evidence of completed actions in the agreed repositories. Support benchmarking and collection of best practices from other BUs/markets and organize the information for review. Escalate data-quality issues, risks and delays to the PO1 E2E Waste Lead or relevant Teams Coordinate the donation and destruction of products that cannot be reallocated or repurposed Contribute to the improvement of existing tools and/or the development of new ones within the scope of the role.

Qualifications Recent graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance or a similar area. Advanced Excel skills, including expert knowledge of Pivot Tables and BUSCARV (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP). Strong ability to work with data and recurring reports. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage repetitive administrative tasks accurately and on time.

Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders and follow up professionally. Good English and willingness to work with international teams. Proactive mindset, curiosity and willingness to learn the waste/obsoletes process. Ability to prioritize multiple requests and respect recurring reporting deadlines. Familiarity with SAP is a plus
