Overview Refer Opening in Attachment Overview (English) The SPL Manager is responsible for driving Supply Chain Planning and execution for manufacturing and co-pack operations, ensuring uninterrupted availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. The role focuses on production scheduling, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, supply planning coordination, and operational efficiencies while supporting business growth and service delivery objectives.

Responsibilities (English) Implement ISCP for daily scheduling in line with Demand Planning and Material Planning. Ensure uninterrupted raw material and packaging material supplies to the plant. Manage 3P Warehouses for Finished Goods, transportation planning and cost-effective deliveries to CFAs, distributors, and plants. Coordinate with Global Procurement Team and Supply Planning team for production and raw material planning.

Drive Supply Chain processes and efficiencies at the plant and co-pack operations. Coordinate with Supply Planning and Manufacturing teams to ensure production plan compliance. Ensure non-stop supply of raw materials to manufacturing and timely movement of finished goods to warehouses. Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOx) legislation and Global Controls Standards. Support Plant Manager in functional strategic planning and AOP development.

Manage Supply Chain Planning and Production Scheduling through ISCP. Drive inbound material planning, call-offs, and purchase orders for the plant. Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid stock-outs. Design inventory consumption plans to achieve zero write-offs. Drive daily production compliance at factory and co-pack facilities. Manage stock norms, warehouse capacities, and inventory levels. Coordinate with Head Office Supply Chain teams to improve factory, warehouse, and co-pack efficiencies.

Ensure monthly inventory verification and quarterly third-party inventory audits. Special Project: Stabilize Guwahati Distribution Planning Drive Order Fill Rate improvement to 95% across Organized Trade channels. Monitor fill rate performance and identify root causes of service gaps. Ensure optimal inventory levels across warehouses. Partner with Supply Planning and Regional Logistics teams for execution excellence.

Support production planning to ensure product availability. Drive RP plan adherence in ISCP. Drive automation and digitization initiatives in order management processes. Implement global best practices adapted to local Organized Trade requirements. Responsibilities Refer Opening in Attachment Qualifications (English) MBA in Supply Chain Management / Operations. Approximately 5–7 years of relevant experience.

At least 10–12 years of Supply Chain experience in an FMCG industry, preferably Food Industry. Proficiency in SAP, JDA, and Material Planning software systems. Experience in Supply Chain Planning, Production Scheduling, Inventory Management, and Logistics Operations. Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning and Material Planning processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and coordination skills.
