Responsibilities   Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room Oregon Outpatient Surgery Center 7300 SW Childs Rd, Suite A Portland, OR 97224   Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our growing surgical team.

The OR Nurse will provide direct perioperative patient care, collaborate with physicians and surgical staff, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality throughout the surgical experience. Specialties Supported Our center performs procedures across multiple specialties, including: General Surgery Orthopedic Surgery Spine Surgery Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery Ophthalmology Plastic Surgery Podiatry Pain Management Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) Otology/Neurotology Anesthesiology Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the perioperative setting.

Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and surgical instruments. Serve as a circulating and/or scrub nurse during surgical procedures. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and clinical staff to ensure positive patient outcomes. Monitor patient status and maintain patient safety throughout the surgical process. Ensure compliance with infection control standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
