Overview Dental Assistant - Orchard Endodontics Orchard Endodontics is a patient‑focused, emergency‑based endodontic specialty practice committed to delivering exceptional care and a supportive experience for every patient. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. This role supports our doctors chair‑side, ensures smooth daily operations, and contributes to a positive, efficient practice environment.
Schedule : Full-time Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM and Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM No weekends Occasional extended hours may occur based on emergency patient needs Responsibilities Provide chair‑side clinical support to doctors, including assisting, charting, patient education, operatory set‑up, and operatory clean‑up Deliver superior patient experience throughout all phases of the appointment Take high quality dental radiographs and CBCT scans Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Perform sterilization processes for instruments, equipment, and operatories Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post‑treatment care Follow infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and adhere to all workplace regulations Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Dental Radiology Certification Prior dental assisting experience (endodontic experience preferred but not required) We Offer Competitive Compensation Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Flexible Spending & Health Savings Accounts Life & Disability Insurance Employee Assistance & Wellness Programs Additional Voluntary Benefits And More!
