Lead an exceptional team in this fast-paced, high-volume, buzzing venue Train and develop team members, sharing your passion, and demonstrating a guest-focused, energetic, and self-motivated work ethic Adhere to compliance and operational requirements, in line with Delaware North’s standards and procedures Drive change and implement upselling and promotional programs More about you Experience as a team leader or supervisor in a fast-paced, volume driven venue Certificate in Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate in Food Safety, or willing to obtain at onboarding Certificate in Hospitality Management is beneficial  Ability to a work a variety of shifts over a 7-day-a-week roster including days, and nights Who we are Lizard Island Resort is an exclusive retreat set within the pristine waters of the Great Barrier Reef, offering access to one of the world’s most spectacular natural wonders.
