Unit Description Orange City Racing and Card Club opened in 2017 in Orange City, Florida as Delaware North's second poker room in Volusia County. The fully renovated former movie theater features a 33-table poker room, table games, a restaurant and sports bar, and a simulcast racing center for wagering on thoroughbred and harness racing across the United States. Responsibilities Handle large sums of money, including cash advance transactions, with accuracy and integrity Maintain and balance assigned bank funds while supporting smooth shift transitions Perform cash exchanges with Main Bankers in coordination with team members Issue and redeem gaming chips; process chip fills and tray refills Follow all company policies and state regulations without exception Deliver consistent, professional customer service during high-volume periods Actively support coworkers, communicate clearly, and contribute to a positive, team-first work environment Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and a willingness to assist wherever needed Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Six months of cash-handling experience preferred, especially with large amounts of money Strong math skills, including addition and subtraction Basic computer proficiency Ability to obtain a pari-mutuel license (includes a full background check; application fee required) High school diploma or GED not required Proven ability to work as a dependable team player in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment Strong communication skills and a cooperative, professional attitude Physical Requirements Ability to lift or carry 30 pounds Exposure to secondhand smoke Ability to stand for 6–8 hours per shift
