Unit Description Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack, owned and operated by Delaware North, features more than 1,500 video gaming machines and brings the thrill of live thoroughbred racing from April to November and year-round simulcast wagering on thoroughbred and harness racing from across the country. Finger Lakes presents various dining options including a large buffet. Responsibilities Enroll guests in the player tracking system, manage accurate data entry, and maintain confidentiality of all guest records and Player Rewards activities Deliver exceptional guest service, including answering questions promptly, explaining games, contests, and Player’s Club benefits, and assisting with promotions and giveaways.
Support marketing initiatives by helping implement on-site promotions, contests, and giveaways to enhance guest engagement. Resolve guest concerns effectively , demonstrating strong listening skills and the ability to defuse difficult situations while preserving goodwill. Foster positive relationships with guests, team members, and supervisors by modeling professional behavior and mutual respect in all interactions Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Strong written and verbal communication skills Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred <span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; color: #000000; font-size: 9pt; font-family: Ve
