What the day will look like As a People Matters Senior Specialist, you will be a key member of our centralized employee support model, providing timely, accurate, and consistent mentorship across a wide range of employee relations and workplace topics. Your day may include: Serving as a primary point of contact for colleagues, managers, and People partners on employee relations, policy, performance, and workplace inquiries Providing clear guidance and coaching on People policies, processes, and available resources to drive a positive and consistent colleague experience Handling the intake, triage, routing, and resolution of colleague concerns, grievances, and requests, ensuring appropriate escalation where needed Maintaining accurate, compliant case documentation and governance standards in our case management systems Interpreting and applying People policies in alignment with local employment regulations and global standards Partnering with People teams, business leaders, Legal, Compliance, Wellbeing and other support functions to resolve issues and ensure flawless support Gathering case data and insights to support reporting, trend analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives How this opportunity is different This role sits at the heart of Aon’s colleague experience.

As a contributor to the People Matters Center of Excellence, you will: Help shape how Aon delivers consistent, high-quality support on people and workplace matters globally Collaborate closely with experienced People partners, Legal, Compliance, and Wellbeing teams, benefiting from their expertise while building your own Influence process and policy improvements by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities from the cases you handle Contribute directly to a highly collaborative operating model that focuses on continuity, service excellence, and data‑driven decision making Play a visible role in enhancing the overall colleague experience through responsive, empathetic, and effective support Skills and experience that will lead to success Experience in HR, employee relations, case management, or a similar people-focused role, ideally in a complex or matrixed organization Solid understanding of HR policies and practices, with the ability to interpret and apply them consistently while considering local employment regulations Proven ability to handle multiple cases and priorities simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and governance Excellent communication and social skills, with a focus on building trust, coaching managers, and providing empathetic support to colleagues Comfort working with case management tools and data, using insights to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement #LI-Hybrid #businessupport #LI-AM7 2587370
