Summary: The Vice President, Client Service Leader, is responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients while serving as the expert on P&C products, carrier offerings, and risk solutions. The Vice President leads marketing efforts for new and renewal business, develops client-facing proposals, and supervises the service team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain ongoing relationships with complex and large clients.
Act as the subject matter authority on Property & Casualty and carrier products and services. Lead service department Performs marketing functions for all new and renewal business. Prepare new business and renewal proposals for client presentations. Visit clients to review insurance programs or new products, or introduce new products. Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities: Excellent written communication skills – writes clearly; edits work for spelling and grammar; varies writing style to meet needs; presents numeric data effectively.
Strong leadership skills Possess technical expertise plus good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to handle situations in a calm, courteous and professional manner Education and/or Experience: BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred More than 10 years industry and product line experience. Certificates, Licenses, Registration: Property & Casualty Broker's License required CPCU or other P&C designation preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $155,000.
The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location.
