Intern Assistant Retail Merchandising & Buying EMEA – GRENOBLE line F/M

Overview Moncler is looking for a 6 months' Intern Assistant Retail Merchandising & Buying EMEA – GRENOBLE lines (from November 2026 to April 2027) to join our dynamic EMEA Corporate teams in Paris. Your Impact The intern aims to provide support in developing the product strategy for EMEA of Grenoble lines and consistently monitor business performance and stock optimization to maximize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities: Stock Level Optimization: Analyze selling trends, identify slow-moving items, and initiate actions to rebalance stock across the network, with a focus on ski resort locations to optimize sell-through. Special Projects Support: Assist with new store openings, pop-up events, and trunk shows by preparing booklets, managing stock transfers, and providing visual merchandising support.

Product Feedback and Market Analysis: Collect product feedback from stores, stay updated on business trends and competitor offerings, and identify business opportunities to aid in the development of new season collections. Support Buying Sessions: analysis, buying files preparation, orders input. Ad Hoc Analysis and Reporting: Full support of retail merchandising manager in creation of performance reports and sales analysis to support the business Qualifications Business or Management school curriculum with a first internship realized in allocation or retail merchandising department Autonomous and Initiative approach Rigorous and analytical (advanced level of Excel is a must) Ability to prepare impactful presentations on Powerpoint Fully fluent in English (written and oral) Product sensitivity and passion for Luxury and Retail.
