Overview POSITION SUMMARY: The RN Medication Management position is responsible for reviewing and assessing patient refill medication requests.
This role is accountable for reviewing patient charts and following proper medication protocol to ensure refill request is appropriate. Through the assessment process the RN Medication Management role collaborates with the patient, provider and or the pharmacy. More Information: Training in office at Ministry HQ for 1-2 weeks. Then will be fully remote unless at the discretion of leadership. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor’s Degree Experience: 2 years of patient care experience within the last 4 years Licensure/ Certification: Current state license RN (Illinois) Other skills/ knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
