Overview OSF CompleteCare 55+ is an in-person and digital primary care model created to address the needs of adults 55+ who often face multiple chronic conditions, fragmented care, and barriers to timely access. Our clinics are designed to meet the unique health care needs of older adults through a personalized, team-based approach.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager, OSF OnCall Clinics supports the daily operations and strategic objectives of assigned clinic locations. This role partners with leadership, providers, and care teams to ensure consistent, efficient, and standardized operations while delivering high-quality, safe patient care and an exceptional patient experience. The manager ensures operational efforts are maintained in alignment with established guidelines, policies, procedures, and standards of the operational mode.
The manager is responsible for day-to-day operational oversight including staffing, scheduling, resource management, operational performance, financial stewardship, compliance, and process improvement. This role collaborates with division leadership and key stakeholders to support growth initiatives, operational excellence, standardization efforts, and the successful implementation of strategic priorities across clinic locations.
Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing, or related healthcare field. Experience: Minimum of one year of management or leadership experience. Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead teams, manage change, and foster collaboration. Experience interpreting operational, financial, and performance metrics to drive improvement. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of healthcare operations, staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and resource management. Project management and performance improvement experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing, or related healthcare field. Experience: Three years of healthcare management experience. Ambulatory, clinic, primary care, urgent care, specialty care, or multi-site operations experience. Experience leading operational transformation, growth initiatives, or service expansion. Experience with budgeting, financial management, and performance improvement.
