The Manufacturing Systems Engineer III is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing systems and processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of equipment, automation, and software systems within production environments. Responsibilities Develop and maintain manufacturing systems to support production goals and quality standards. Lead projects focused on process improvement, automation, and system integration. Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with engineering, design, quality, operations, and IT teams to ensure manufacturability, system compatibility, and compliance.

Support implementation and integration of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and ERP systems. Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards in all manufacturing processes. Prepare and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials for system operations. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians. Apply expertise in production workflows, assembly processes, and quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.

Optimize manufacturing operations for efficiency and scalability. Create and maintain detailed technical work instructions within a controlled process environment. Perform requirements analysis, system architecture design, and integration across mechanical, electrical, and software domains. Interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams and support lifecycle management. Configure and troubleshoot networking for connected systems, including IP addressing, subnetting, and basic network diagnostics.

Execute scripts for system configuration and deployment in production environments. Install and configure software packages on deployment systems, ensuring compatibility across hardware and software platforms.
