Responsibilities The Opportunity The PBF Strategy & Business development Manager is responsible for defining and advancing long‑term strategic initiatives that drive sustainable, profitable growth for PepsiCo Foods Brazil. This role focuses on enterprise strategy development, which includes the annual strategic planning lead, AOP process lead, PGM process lead and Chief of Staff.
The manager works closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional partners across brands, sales, marketing, finance, and operations to translate complex business questions into clear, executive‑ready recommendations. Given the scale and complexity of PBF, the role requires influencing senior stakeholders, and guiding teams to ensure PepsiCo remains competitive and well‑positioned for future growth.
Your Impact SDD: lead the strategic deep dive process from March to July, including: 5-year trends of the country Consumer, Customer and competitive context Strategy on a page update based on new context Board of Director document story line, analysis, alignment with OU stakeholders and other OUs and presentation to LatAm CEO AOP: In light of the SDD, lead the AOP process from August to December, including: External and internal context of the country AOP priorities deep dive AOP story line, analysis, alignment with OU stakeholders and other OUs and presentation to LatAm CEO PGM: lead annual market categories demand forecast process from December to February, including: Definition of the main variables to estimate market demand for the next 5 years per category Parnter with Insights team to gather data and conduct damnd modelling PGM story line, analysis, alignment with OU stakeholders and other OUs and presentation to LatAm CEO Ad hoc projects: lead strategic and confidential projects together with management Consultancies, such as BCG and McKinsey Chief of Staff: support CEO in international visits presentation and manage the Brazilian ExComm weekly agenda.
Qualifications Who Are We Looking For?
