You’ll support the building from the ground up—inside and out—by keeping common areas clean, assisting with move-ins, and helping maintain our high standards.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday: 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Sunday: 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m . Wednesday and Thursday: Off Grounds & Common Areas Sweep sidewalks, terraces, lobbies, and hallways Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the building Respond quickly to spills, weather-related messes, or other safety hazards Cleaning & Detailing Clean and polish floors, glass, mirrors, brass, and woodwork Deep clean as needed (carpet cleaning, grout scrubbing, waxing floors) Maintain the laundry room, fitness center, and management offices Report any damage or safety issues to the Resident Manager Building Maintenance Support Clean stairwells, service areas, and the compactor room Change light bulbs and help prepare units for new residents Use building systems to log tasks and report ongoing issues Resident & Concierge Support Cover the front desk during concierge breaks Monitor service doors during move-ins and deliveries Assist with unit inspections and ensure spaces look great for tours Special Projects & Events Help set up and clean shared spaces like lounges, rooftops, and gyms Support building events and gatherings by helping with logistics and cleanup Keep shared spaces looking welcoming and refreshed Sustainability & Safety Keep elevators, trash rooms, and amenity areas clean and odor-free Support recycling and compost programs Perform scent and cleanliness checks to ensure the building feels fresh Participate in team meetings and be open to cross-training <p style="margin: 0in; font-
