If so, we are looking for you to join our team as a Part Time Occupancy and Recertification Specialist at our 200-unit affordable community Hacienda in Phoenix, AZ.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Through your daily interactions with prospective and current residents, you’ll create a welcoming experience and sense of community. Process certifications (including initial, interim, and annual); calculate retroactive rent while conforming to all applicable guidelines. Collect necessary documentation from current or prospective residents, and process verifications. Organized and Detail-Oriented: Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while efficiently managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Self-Sufficient and Adaptable: Complete tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision. Effective Time Management: Prioritize and manage time to consistently meet deadlines and expectations. ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE: $20.00 - $22.00 / hour Annual Performance Bonus This position is Non-Exempt, meaning eligible for overtime pay This range is provided as a general guideline and reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, geographical location, and the specific responsibilities of the role.

In addition to salary, this position may be eligible for performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Final compensation offers will be determined following a thorough assessment of the candidate’s background and the requirements of the position.
