Our Client Security Operations Center protects members around the clock, and Enterprise Relationship Managers are how our enterprise clients experience that protection at the account level. In this role you build and maintain relationships with key enterprise clients, learn their business and their needs, and support their cybersecurity efforts so they get the full value of BlackCloak. You work closely with our Sales, Delivery, and Security teams so onboarding and implementation are seamless from the very beginning, and you stay with clients across their whole journey.
You monitor accounts, spot potential issues early, share updates and utilization highlights, and bring client feedback back to the teams that build and deliver our services. You take real pride in building relationships that last, and you are motivated by outcomes like retention, onboarding, and utilization. What you would do Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, and learn their primary needs so you can support their cybersecurity efforts Partner with our Sales, Delivery, and Security teams to support seamless onboarding and implementation of BlackCloak solutions Provide ongoing support so clients get the most value from our services, and communicate updates and utilization highlights along the way Monitor client accounts, identify potential issues early, and recommend solutions Gather client feedback and share insight with internal teams to improve the product and the overall client experience Use our CRM to track activity, analyze data, and identify trends Support key metrics such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR), logo retention, onboarding, and utilization What you need to be successful Two or more years in a customer success or account management role, ideally with enterprise clients Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree a plus Familiarity with cybersecurity and privacy concepts Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to gather and interpret information to support client success Motivated to deliver great results and able to work with some independence Strong organizational and time management skills Willingness to travel to meet with clients when necessary We keep your information on file so we can consider you for future roles.
