Job Summary: Responsible to implement and maintains IT infrastructure components including servers, storage, and cloud services. Executes maintenance and monitoring activities to ensure system stability, availability, and performance. Installs, configures, and integrates hardware, software, and infrastructure components across on-premises and cloud environments. Creates and Maintains operational processes, identifies recurring issues, and implements corrective actions to optimize stability and efficiency within defined standards.
Troubleshoots, monitors and resolves system and infrastructure issues using diagnostic tools and established processes. Designs and Implements system security measures, data backup procedures, and redundancy configurations according to defined standards. Conducts regular health checks, verifies backup integrity, and supports recovery operations to ensure system resilience and availability. Analyzes trends to identify potential performance issues and contributes to capacity planning activities under guidance.
Implements routine adjustments to optimize resource utilization. Works with engineers, operations teams, reliability teams, product managers, and architects to support the integration of hardware, software, and infrastructure components.
