Evaluation of requirements: you will be expected to critically assess and challenge project requests and steps to ensure relevance, efficiency, and accuracy throughout the entire process. Supporting proposal development: you will define the required technical steps, enabling Sales to prepare accurate and competitive offers for customers. Project planning and reporting: you will create detailed project plans and ensure regular, concise reporting to management, recognizing that structured planning is key to successful delivery.
Test planning and coordination: you will oversee the planning and coordination of testing activities across both internal and external laboratories, supporting the certification of Frequency Converters, Programmable Logic Controllers, and Process Controllers, in close collaboration with global teams to ensure timely and efficient execution. Timeline management: you will take ownership of project timelines, continuously monitoring progress and ensuring deadlines are met through strong organization and prioritization.
Documentation management: you will prepare and maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring compliance with certification standards. Support to management and continuous improvement: you will assist in activities such as audits, data review, identifying improvement opportunities, developing training plans, and mentoring new colleagues. Customer engagement and networking: you will actively build relationships with customers, strengthening collaboration and ensuring excellent service delivery.
#LI-Hybrid #LI-ZK1 Electrical, Electronics or related Engineering background. Around 3-5 years of related work experience. Proven experience in project work, with good project management skills (e.g. time management, Gantt charts). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Excellent communication skills and strong client focus. The right attitude is important: being open and cooperative with positive attitude and teamwork skills.
Experience with Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) services would be a strong asset. Knowledge of IEC Safety Standards, such as UL/IEC 61800-5-1, UL/IEC 61010-1 /-2-201, is highly desirable. Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time. Total Rewards: We understand that rewards are an important consideration as you plan the next step in your career. The salary range for this position in Poland is 120,000 - 194,500 PLN, and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and other factors.
