Primary Duties & Responsibilities Understand all machine/process parameter settings and controls. Set-up and optimize machine settings to get best yield. Monitor yield and fix process issues with-in the shift. Monitor SPC charts and perform correction on out of control parameters. Machine/process buy-off, qualification. Performs shear test/golden units testing, GR&R, correlation.
Train/qualify operators with work instruction, procedures, visual/mechanical inspection criteria. Carry out experiments/DOE as instructed by Engineers. Verify rejects and do quick process/machine correction to fix the problem. Send out shiftly report. Education & Experience Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical technology. Experience in electronics/semiconductor manufacturing as process technician or equipment technician.
Skills Knows Microsoft office: Excel, PPT, Word. Machine hands on/trouble shooting. SPC and 7QC Tools. Working Conditions This role is 100% onsite.
