Accounting Associate
Description Job Summary As an Accounting Associate, you will support our financial department by performing daily accounting tasks. Requirements Job Responsibilities Accounts receivable full cycle experience, including collections. Accounts payable (multiple locations) including coding to appropriate cost center and GL account. Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and concepts (general ledger, classification of accounts, journal entries) Job Skills & Requirements A minimum of two years of experience as an accounting assistant or similar role Bachelor's Degree in Accounting QuickBooks experience required Skilled in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) A high level of confidentiality and integrity is a must Dependable, punctual, helpful, detail-oriented Outstanding communication skills and proper etiquette (written, phone, in-person) Excellent organizational and time management skills Drug screen and background check required · Tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager Benefits · Medical insurance (United Healthcare) · Dental & Vision (Guardian) · 401K Match (Principal) · PTO accrual since (start accruing since your 1st workday) · 7 Paid Holidays · Opportunities for professional development, training, and growth.
