What You'll Be Doing As our Internal Service Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for customers who need support, answers, parts, or solutions. You'll work closely with our Sales, Operations, and Technical Service teams to ensure every customer experience is outstanding! Your responsibilities will include: ? Responding to customer inquiries and service requests ? Coordinating and Scheduling technical support and service activities ?

Identifying creative solutions to customer challenges ? Building strong relationships through outstanding service ? Picking, packing, and shipping parts from inventory ? Operating a forklift to retrieve and organize inventory ? Maintaining accurate records in company systems ? Working with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution Requirements Enjoy helping people and solving problems Have strong communication and organizational skills Can balance multiple priorities with a positive attitude Are comfortable learning technical products and processes Take ownership and follow through on commitments Enjoy both office-based customer service and hands-on warehouse activities You maintain a professional calm, cool and collected attitude no matter how difficult the client can be Preferred Qualifications 4+ years experience in Customer Service, Service Support, Service Coordination, inside sales, or technical support experience Experience with ERP (Infor,) CRM, or business software systems Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification Strong computer and administrative skills Ability to occasionally lift and move inventory items
