HR Generalist (part-time or full-time)
Description Lenze Americas is hiring an HR Generalist to join our HR team. We are open to both part-time and full-time candidates. Part-Time: Monday – Thursday, 9:00AM – 3:00PM (3 in-office, 1 remote day) Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (4 in-office, 1 remote day) Position : Human Resources Generalist Location : Uxbridge, MA Position Type : Hybrid Compensation : Full-time: $72,000 - $85,000, exempt or Part-time : $34.61 - $39.50, hourly ( Compensation is an estimate and depends on skills, knowledge, education, schedule, location and experience) Position Snapshot: The HR Generalist performs a wide range of Human Resources functions, including full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee communications, benefits and leave administration, compliance, and more.
Serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers, this role helps ensure a positive employee experience while maintaining accurate HR records, supporting key programs and initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. The HR Generalist also partners with leaders & other HR team members on employee relations matters, performance management, and organizational initiatives that support business objectives.

A day in the life: Conduct full-cycle recruiting for entry-level, professional, technical, and management-level positions from requisition approval through onboarding Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, hiring requirements, and desired candidate profiles Partner with managers to facilitate effective onboarding plans, accelerate productivity, strengthen employee engagement, and support long-term retention Process employee-related employee changes, including new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, and status updates in accordance with effective dates; maintain accurate HRIS data Respond timely to employee questions and concerns regarding company policies, benefits, programs, and employment matters Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across the organization by providing guidance and support on common employee relations matters, policy interpretation, and HR best practices, escalating complex issues as needed Partner with leaders & HR team members to identify and address employee engagement, retention, and development opportunities Promote consistent application of company policies, procedures, and employment practices Help administer employee benefits programs, invoice reconciliation, and assist employees with benefit-related questions and enrollment activities Participate in HR projects and initiatives that support organizational growth and operational effectiveness Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and employee experience programs Collaborate with Global HR colleagues to support compliance with global standards and ensure SAP data remains accurate and up to date Requirements What you need: 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, HR operations, and HR administration Proven success & passion for recruiting and hiring professional, technical, and management-level talent, including difficult-to-fill positions Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, social media, and other innovative recruiting strategies Strong intervi
