We’re hiring an HVAC Lead Installer for our Kingman / Lake Havasu, AZ team. This is an opportunity for an experienced HVAC installer where you will mentor junior installers, lead by example in the field, and continue building toward future leadership opportunities. Job Responsibilities: Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations from start to finish Supervise and mentor your assigned installer partner Coach junior team members on installation best practices, quality standards, and efficiency Troubleshoot installation challenges in the field Calculate refrigerant charge when necessary Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials for each job Complete job packets and collect monies due from customers when needed Maintain strong communication with dispatch, warehouse, leadership, and install teams Participate in ongoing technical and leadership training Support team excellence through leadership, accountability, and hands-on coaching Requirements Education and Experience: 2+ years of progressive experience as an HVAC Installer Active driver's license EPA Universal certification; additional HVAC-related certifications preferred Ability to thrive in a team environment and assert yourself in a leadership role as needed Physical Requirements: Long periods of standing, bending, stooping, walking, and twisting Ability to lift up to 80lbs Exposure to inclement weather conditions to include excessive heat and cold
