Sales Executive, Cross-Sell (Northeast Region)

USA

Description   CENTEGIX® is the industry leader in wearable safety technology for healthcare, education, government, and commercial workplaces with over 800,000 badges in use. The cloud-based CENTEGIX Safety Platform® initiates the fastest response time for emergencies, from the everyday to the extreme. Leaders in over 18,000 locations nationwide trust CENTEGIX's innovative safety solutions to empower and protect people (every day).

Purpose  Every second matters when someone needs help, and the customers who already trust CENTEGIX to protect their people are the ones who deserve to see everything the platform can do for them. Across the Northeast, hundreds of districts and organizations run one CENTEGIX product across the Northeast, hundreds of customers use portions of the CENTEGIX portfolio while additional solutions remain available based on their needs, environment, and existing deployment.

That is where you come in. CENTEGIX is looking for a driven, field-first Sales Executive to own cross-sell for the Northeast Region, spanning New York up to Maine. This is not a new-logo hunting seat. You will accelerate ARR growth within our existing customer base by systematically identifying product whitespace across the installed base and converting it into new revenue. Your buyers already know us and already trust CENTEGIX with part of their safety and operational ecosystem.

Your job is to expand that relationship by identifying where additional solutions can deliver value. You will run the full sales motion for new products into existing customers, from discovery and demonstrations through proposal, negotiation, and close. These are shared relationships, so you will work hand in hand with Core AEs, Account Managers, Directors of Customer Partnership, and partners before and during every engagement, because the customer experience comes first.

And you will do it in the field, where expansion decisions actually happen: district offices, renewals, QBRs, and the state education events where our customers gather. If you want a desk job, this is not it. If you want to build revenue from relationships that already exist, represent a mission that matters, and get paid on uncapped commission for doing it, keep reading. Position Responsibilities   Own the cross-sell motion for the Northeast Region (New York through Maine), accountable to a dedicated Cross-Sell ARR quota and its supporting leading indicators Proactively identify and prioritize product whitespace across the installed base: who our customers are, which products they own, which they do not, and the ARR value of closing that gap Use Salesforce, whitespace data, account intelligence, renewal timing, and customer engagement signals to prioritize the highest-value and most actionable Cross-Sell opportunities within the assigned territory.

Run the full sales cycle for new products into existing customers, from discovery through demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and close, subject to defined account ownership and transition rules Coordinate with Core AEs, Account Managers, DCPs, partners, and internal stakeholders before and during customer engagement so every touch strengthens the relationship Create, maintain, and accurately forecast cross-sell pipeline in Salesforce, with clean records and disciplined staging Build lasting relationships with superintendents, safety leaders, and key stakeholders across the existing customer base that convert into expansion opportunities Represent CENTEGIX at conferences, customer events, and state and regional education gatherings across the territory, deepening presence with the customers we already serve Articulate the full CENTEGIX platform story: how the products work together, and what each additional layer of protection means for the people our customers protect Share whitespace insights, customer signals, and market trends from the field to sharpen the cross-sell strategy across the team Requirements 3 to 5 years of quota-
