Description Seasonal Ecom Order Fulfillment Associate Location: Memphis, TN Job Type: Seasonal, Full-Time / Part-Time Department: Ecommerce Fulfillment About the Role We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Seasonal Ecom Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team during our busy season. In this role, you'll be a key part of our order fulfillment operation — helping ensure every customer order is processed accurately, shipped on time, and backed by excellent service from start to finish.

What You'll Do Provide friendly, responsive customer service via phone and email Process Ecom orders accurately and efficiently through our fulfillment system Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy before shipment Answer incoming phone calls and address customer inquiries, questions, and concerns Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner Communicate regularly with leadership on order status, issues, and daily fulfillment progress Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines Flag and escalate order or product issues as needed Requirements What We're Looking For Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy Basic computer proficiency (email, order management systems, spreadsheets) Ability to multitask across phone, email, and order processing duties Team player with a positive, customer-first attitude Prior customer service or fulfillment/warehouse experience a plus, but not required Schedule & Details Seasonal position — October 1-December 31 Shift- Sunday-Saturday availability (start and stop times will vary) Pay Range- Based on experience How to Apply Apply at Corkysbbq.com ________________________________________ We are an equal opportunity employer.
