Role Summary: The Project Manager - Microsoft Delivery is responsible for leading, planning, and executing complex Microsoft technology projects across AI Business Solutions - Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio & Autonomous Agents, ERP Modernization (Finance & Supply Chain Management), and Microsoft Fabric data & analytics platforms. This role requires deep experience managing enterprise-scale Microsoft implementations, coordinating cross-functional technical and functional teams, and ensuring delivery excellence from initiation through go-live and post-production stabilization. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and stakeholder communication. This role is expected to deliver projects aligned with Microsoft FastTrack for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Fabric engagement principles, ensuring solutions follow Microsoft-recommended architectures, deployment patterns, and adoption best practices. The Project Manager will work closely with Microsoft FastTrack engineers, partner teams, and customer stakeholders to drive predictable, high-quality outcomes. Project Delivery & Execution Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft implementation projects including: Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service Microsoft Copilot Studio, Autonomous Agents, and Power Platform solutions ERP modernization programs using Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management Data & analytics initiatives leveraging Microsoft Fabric and Power BI Own project planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure across multiple concurrent engagements Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resourcing models Monitor project plan critical path, create risk mitigation strategies as necessary Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within approved budgets Stakeholder & Client Management Serve as the primary client-facing delivery lead and escalation point Facilitate steering committee meetings, executive updates, and governance forums Manage stakeholder expectations across business, IT, leadership, and external partners Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies and drive resolution Microsoft Solution Coordination Coordinate closely with Solution Architects, Functional Leads, Developers, Data Engineers, and Change Management teams Ensure alignment between business requirements, solution design, and technical execution Oversee integ
