Requirements Key Responsibilities · Manage large and complex customer accounts from initial bid through project completion · Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through phone and email communication · Respond to customer inquiries, pricing requests, product questions, and order needs · Prepare quotes and assist with bids, orders, and project-related documentation · Monitor orders and projects to help ensure deadlines and customer expectations are met · Coordinate with sales, purchasing, operations, and other internal teams to resolve customer needs · Proactively follow up with customers and provide updates throughout the sales process · Identify opportunities to increase sales and strengthen customer relationships · Maintain accurate customer, order, and project information · Provide a high level of customer service while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Job Requirements · Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, or a related role preferred · Strong communication and relationship-building skills · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail · Ability to manage multiple customer accounts, projects, and deadlines simultaneously · Comfortable communicating professionally by phone and email · Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset · Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team · Comfortable learning new products, systems, and industry terminology · Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn company-specific systems · Plumbing, wholesale distribution, construction, or related industry experience is a plus, but not required Employee Benefits Hirsch offers competitive salaries, ongoing training opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including: Vacation/Sick/Holiday pay Medical, dental and vision insurance Profit sharing 401K + employer match Flexible Spending Account Long Term Disability Employer paid life insurance Employee purchase program
