Key Responsibilities • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management for inpatient populations. • Participate in daily rounding, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings. • Collaborate with psychiatrists, nursing staff, and care teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

• Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care coordination. • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
