HPLC Analytical Chemist - Medtronic, 3M, General Mills

In this role, one would utilize lab instruments to analyze raw materials and finished products for identification, classification, and defect analysis   Job Duties/Responsibilities: • Perform chemical analysis and sample preparation • Properly document and share results with the team • Maintain and troubleshoot instruments as needed • Create new and validate existing methods as necessary • Comply with all regulations (FDA, EHS, etc) in a GMP lab environment • Analytical equipment used (dependent upon the specific position)- chromatography (HPLC, GC, GC/FID, GC/MS), FTIR, UV Vis   Qualifications: BS or BA in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Materials Science 1+ years of Analytical Chemistry experience (academic or industry) Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
