Location: Wrocław, Poland Work model: Hybrid - 2 days per week from the Wrocław office Your role: Based in Wrocław, you will join our Global Legal Services Center and provide legal services supporting our businesses worldwide. As part of the GES Legal team, you will work with colleagues and business stakeholders across countries, functions, and time zones.Your responsibilities will include:Drafting, reviewing, supporting the negotiation of, and providing legal guidance on contracts and related documentation within your area of responsibility.Supporting the full contract lifecycle, including amendments, extensions, assignments, terminations, and other legal changes.Advising business stakeholders on legal risks, compliance requirements, and appropriate next steps, escalating matters to the relevant internal experts where necessary.Providing timely responses to legal inquiries and managing assigned work through the team’s ticketing system.Supporting reviews of activities, documents, and legal matters relating to data protection, either directly or by engaging the appropriate internal specialists.Supporting corporate governance processes and corporate changes in line with applicable requirements.Building effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across the global organization.Contributing to the standardization and continuous improvement of legal services processes.This role offers the opportunity to work with a high degree of autonomy, develop your expertise in commercial law, data protection, and corporate governance, and contribute to efficient legal operations in a multinational environment.
Who you are: You hold a master’s degree in law or a postgraduate legal qualification combined with relevant professional experience. You have at least 2 years of practical experience providing legal services , ideally in contract management, commercial law, an in-house legal department, law firm, or shared services/GBS environment. You are fluent in English and can confidently communicate with international stakeholders and prepare clear, accurate legal documentation.
Very good German language skills are an strong advantage You have strong contract management skills, including experience reviewing agreements, identifying legal risks, and supporting negotiations. You have an understanding of data protection requirements and know when to involve the appropriate subject-matter experts. You have practical knowledge of Microsoft Office and are comfortable working with ticketing or task-management systems.
You have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, together with strong intercultural awareness. You are detail-oriented, proactive, accountable, and results-driven, with strong problem-solving skills. You take initiative and work independently while recognizing when to seek advice or escalate an issue. You are committed to standardization, process improvement, and delivering a consistent, high-quality legal service.
