Commercial Business Analyst with French (m/f/d)

As a Commercial Business Analyst , you will play a key role in supporting commercial financial processes within the Refinish business unit. By combining financial expertise with business insight, you will help drive profitable growth, improve forecasting accuracy, and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Establish and improve reporting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic and commercial decision-making Act as a key link between Commercial teams and Finance to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Drive standardization of commercial finance processes (rebates, agreements, approvals, performance tracking) Review and prepare business cases, including managing approval processes for strategic initiatives Monitor customer investments, rebates, and accruals, ensuring accuracy and compliance Provide analysis and actionable insights to improve sales performance, profitability, and cost efficiency Support budgeting, financial planning, and sales forecasting processes Track contract performance, compliance, and renewal timelines Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and support customer-facing activities where needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, with exposure to commercial or business partnering roles Strong analytical and numerical skills with solid financial understanding Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage complexity and deliver clear, actionable insights Proactive, well-organized, and able to adapt in a dynamic environment Fluent in English and French Availability to travel to France at least once a month #POLHIRINGPPG How we work: At PPG, we bring teams together to accelerate collaboration and career development, with in-person work Monday through Thursday and the opportunity to work remotely on Flexible Fridays.
