Job Description The carpenter will work closely with the foreman to ensure projects, including those with underground precast concrete garage systems, are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of workmanship. Responsibilities Assist with or lead day-to-day onsite construction operations for multifamily projects. Assist with punch lists, unit and building turnover processes, and final project delivery activities.
Maintain clean, organized jobsites and ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date. Hands-on experience with underground precast concrete garage systems Proficiency in carpentry, including framing, trim work, and installation of trusses. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications accurately. Hours 7:00am to 4:30pm M-Th and 7:00am-11:00am Fridays (hours may vary depending on project needs) Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Lodi, WI.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
