Job Title: General Production Worker (Electronic Assembly) (15.40 1st shift No background check or Drug test) Job Description This role focuses on electronic assembly of switches used in military, government, agriculture, and healthcare applications. You will work with small components, hand tools, and printed circuit boards to build high-quality electronic products. The position requires strong attention to detail, consistent productivity, and the ability to work independently at a designated workstation.

Responsibilities Assemble electronic switches and components according to work instructions and quality standards. Work with small parts and demonstrate strong hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity. Use hand tools and, when needed, power tools to build and assemble various component parts. Place and secure components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) with precision and care. Gather and organize all materials and components needed to complete assigned assemblies.

Maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the shift to ensure accuracy and product quality. Work at an individual station, standing or sitting for extended periods as tasks require. Meet production expectations and complete assigned work efficiently with minimal supervision. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working in a manufacturing environment. Support overtime needs by working extended hours as required, typically 3–4 hours of overtime per day.

Essential Skills Experience working with small parts and demonstrated hand–eye dexterity. Ability to use hand tools for assembly work in a manufacturing or similar environment. Capability to place components onto printed circuit boards with precision. Comfort working with electronic assemblies and components. Ability to stand or sit for most of the shift while working at a workstation. Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks.

Willingness and ability to work significant overtime, typically 50–60 hours per week. Ability to work 1st shift (approximately 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with openness to a 5:30 a.m. start) or 2nd shift (approximately 3:45 p.m.–12:15 a.m.). Additional Skills & Qualifications Solder certification is a plus but not required. Previous experience with soldering and electronic assembly is highly beneficial.

Experience with pick-and-place equipment is a plus and may influence pay rate. Familiarity with using power tools in an assembly or manufacturing environment. Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks. Why Work Here? You will work at your own station, alternating between standing and sitting throughout the day, while using hand tools and occasionally power tools to assemble electronic components and place them onto printed circuit boards. The facility operates multiple shifts, including a 1st shift starting around 6:00 a.m.

(with some roles starting at 5:30 a.m.) and a 2nd shift running into the late evening. Health and safety protocols include temperature checks and brief health questions when you arrive and again toward the end of your shift.
